I am so excited to share this list of the best self-help books for women!

I have said it before and I will say it again friends. Reading is a huge part of my life. I have found a boatload of useful information that I have used to help me personally and help my relationships.

Now, just like everything else, there is not a one size fits all. I have read some books that were great but they did not resonate with me. Others, I would, and often do, read over and over again. I am always willing to give something a fair shot. What’s the worst thing that happens? You don’t feel like it is for you and it is on to the next one.

This list is not huge but it is a great place to start. These 5 books changed my life. And they can change yours!

I was not even through chapter 1 when I called my mom and told her to get this book ASAP!

This book has a little bit of a different approach. You will learn how to not waste all your fu*ks.

Do you let way too many things get to you? Well, my friend. this book is for you.

This book helps you to focus more on the important things in your life. The things that REALLY matter! Things that actually deserve your time.

Stop wasting your energy and learn to give a hoot about the “right” things.

5) The 5 Love Languages: The Secret to Love that Lasts

This is a great one if there is a disconnect with your partner in your relationship. I stumbled upon this book randomly at the library and am so glad I did.

It basically introduces you to the 5 different ways people give and receive love. These ways are through words of affirmation, quality time, receiving gifts, acts of service and physical touch. These ways are explained in detail and there is a quiz to help you discover your own love language. And the love language of your partner!

This book really breaks down what you need and what your better half needs. You will understand your relationship on a much deeper level. And get a much deeper understanding of yourself. 

So, I just read a book the other day and I loved it so flipping much I had to add it to this list. It is definitely worthy of taking up the BONUS SPOT!

This book does an amazing job of making you feel less alone. And that alone is so powerful!

Keep this book on your nightstand for those days when you are needing a little pick me up or some motivation when it comes to personal growth!
